Mi experiencia con este cirujano fue pésima y profundamente decepcionante. Antes de la abdominoplastia, me aseguró que la recuperación sería de un mes. Sin embargo, al cumplirse ese mes, cuando acudí a consulta, cambió completamente su versión y me dijo que yo estaba “recién operado” y que debía esperar de 7 a 8 meses más. Esa contradicción demuestra una falta total de claridad y seriedad profesional. Actualmente han pasado casi 7 meses y el adormecimiento severo en el abdomen no ha disminuido ni un milímetro, a pesar de que él mismo aseguró que la sensibilidad regresaría gradualmente de los lados hacia el centro. Eso nunca ocurrió. Además, continúo con punzadas y dolores intensos en el ombligo que no han desaparecido hasta el día de hoy. Como “solución”, me envió primero a unas terapias donde me dijeron claramente que ahí no trataban ese tipo de casos. Después me sugirió acudir a masajes en un spa, extremadamente caros, que no dieron ningún resultado. Fue dinero tirado a la basura. Ni el doctor, ni el hospital, ni nadie se hace responsable de las consecuencias. También prometió llamarme para tomar las fotos del “después”, cosa que jamás hizo, y es evidente el motivo: el resultado de la cirugía es deficiente. Por otro lado, mi aseguradora me informó que la cirugía no había sido pagada porque fue reportada como estética, y posteriormente intentaron justificar el cobro afirmando que se me había retirado la vesícula, lo cual es completamente falso. Mi vesícula fue retirada hace 6 años en un hospital de México, y no tiene relación alguna con este procedimiento. Todo esto queda “cubierto” porque hacen firmar una gran cantidad de documentos donde toda la responsabilidad recae en el paciente y nunca en ellos, razón por la cual no he podido demandar, a pesar del daño sufrido. Aunque como persona puede parecer amable, como profesionista es pésimo, peor que pésimo. Lo único que puedo agradecer es haber salido con vida de una cirugía que me dejó secuelas físicas, dolor persistente y una experiencia médica lamentable.
